5 Tips for a Stress Free Day!

Day to day life brings with it a lot of challenges; work-related, financial, coping with the kids and other family issues and this leads to frustration. Here are five tips to help you remove the stress from your day.

Do one thing at a time.

This is the simplest and most effective way to reduce stress and tension-start today. Focus on doing one thing at a time. Whilst at work, clear your desk of distractions. If you are writing a report or sending e-mails to clients, do just that! If you are at home focus on one chore at a time. Remove distractions: the constant e-mail or message notifications that are not important and those calls which aren’t work-related. This takes practice as old habits have a bugging effect but with practice, you’ll get better at it.

Keep active.
